Galway Dog Training

To progress and improve further, we always need more search and rescue bodies. Bodies play as the person that is missing that the dog will try to track down using air scenting and ground scenting.

In exchange for your time and efforts, we will train your dog in the same 🙂 This is an amazing training opportunity, excellent for handler and dog, and benefits alot of aspects of your dogs life and training.

Please contact 0857297619 for more information. No experience required.

My Philosophy

Published on November 11, 2014, by in Uncategorized.

I have been training dogs over the past 10 years in many areas such as Obedience, Agility, Search and Rescue, Protection and Competitions whilst completing Canine Behaviour and Training degree programme and competing in various Trials and competitions.

In this time, from studying Dog Psychology and Behaviourism and from working with many different personalities of dogs I developed a different style and mod

Jack and Barry

Jack and Barry on a home visit

ern approach to dog training thanks to many influences,…. mainly the dogs and their owners. An approach that is founded on the genuine love for dogs and appreciation for their nature. My main priority is the dogs happiness and your comfort with the dog. This is achieved through my balanced dog training approached based on real life rewards, positive reinforcement and bond building.

My ambition is to spread this balanced dog training approach while in parallel using training fees acquired to build a permanent dog club.

Pet World Terryland Pet NCT – A smashing success!

Published on May 19, 2014, by in Uncategorized.

Pet World Terryland Hosted the Annual Pet NCT day, a smashing success for everyone involved.

Galway Dog Training was delighted to accept the offer of being the Recommended Professional Dog Trainer for the day.
The day provided a recommended nutritionist, Veterinarian, Groomer, Dog Trainer and Dog Rescue Charity for all customers to book an free appointment and get a full checkup & support & advice for your doggies.

A big thank you to the excellent staff at Terryland who are very friendly, approachable and most certainly knowledgeable. I also discovered an amazing dog food on the day (organic, balanced, full meat and minimal processing), Barking Heads, check in-store for details.
